2. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Handling Time: Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Order Verification: Please ensure all shipping addresses are complete and correct at checkout. Orders with incomplete addresses may experience slight fulfillment delays while our team verifies details with you.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your parcel leaves our fulfillment center, standard delivery times generally range from 5 to 12 business days, depending on your destination address and local customs clearance.

4. Order Tracking

Once your shipment is dispatched, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details. You can track your shipment's journey directly via the carrier's tracking portal. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking details to update after receiving your notification.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • In-Transit Damage: If your parcel arrives with visible exterior damage or damaged products, please take clear photos immediately and contact [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking link shows no updates for more than 10 consecutive business days, contact our team, and we will initiate an official trace with the carrier on your behalf.
